Impact: Observed in iOS 8 and 9 Mail app (Exchange for sure)
Status: Not fixed
Workaround:
- Open Settings app
- Navigate to Mail, Contacts, Calendars
- Select the email account in question (at the top)
- Toggle Mail off and then back on
Note: This will mess up your default email account if you have multiple, fixed under Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars->Default Account (first one)
